This restaurant, renamed as N9vez but still called Novez, is definitely open. It is a wonderful, charming restaurant/drink stop on The Crest above Champoluc bubble/lift station. The staff are not only efficient but very friendly as well. The menu is similar to other mountain restaurants in the area but has differences that make it unique. They have daily specials. Prices are on the good side of average. Their wines are extremely good as is the coffee.

We were really satisfied!We had an aperitif with a fantastic view of the valley and then had dinner.There aren't many dishes but we would have liked to have one of everything!The quality of the products was fabulous and the presentation was pleasing0 km products are truly worth itThe desserts also close the dinner wellFor an excellent quality dinner in the tranquility of the mountains it is idealI will happily return!!!

Stumbled on this place at 3 in the afternoon not expecting mutch . Wow a real hidden gem . Excellent food a bit off piste for Italy, raven noodle soup , black sesame humus etc , but a rare treat on the mountain.

This restaurant excelled in all categories. The restaurant is really warm and cozy. The service was friendly and professional and the most important part every dish was well presented and exceptional. Would recommend this restaurant and we will continue to go when we go back to Champoluc.

Refuge 10 minutes walk from the Champoluc cable car. We were on a beautiful sunny day with very few tourists. We were treated really well. We called to book at around 12pm saying we would arrive for lunch no earlier than 2.30pm and they welcomed us very well. We all ate well, well-stocked wine list, excellent starter and polenta, TOP quality/price/place!!! The environment is very nice and warm. Bathrooms very clean and warm too. Terrace overlooking the slopes and the entire Alpine range. Fabulous. Laying in the warm autumn sun and fairy-tale silence makes everything heavenly. In the last group photo that I publish you can also see the Matterhorn behind us. Photo taken by the really nice chef who is also very good at cooking. I hope to return soon.
